During the year ended 31 October 2025, PHYSICAL IMPACT BINGLEY CIC continued to deliver activities that benefited the local community by promoting health, wellbeing, and physical activity. The company provided accessible fitness and wellbeing services designed to encourage people of all ages and abilities to lead healthier lifestyles. Through its community-focused approach, the CIC created an inclusive environment that supported physical and mental wellbeing, encouraged social interaction, and helped reduce barriers to participation in exercise. The company also supported the local economy by providing employment opportunities and working with local suppliers where possible. Any surplus generated was reinvested into the organisation to enhance its facilities, expand community programmes, and further its social objectives for the benefit of the local community.
During the year, the company engaged with a range of stakeholders, including members, customers, local residents, fitness participants, staff, volunteers, and community partners. Feedback was gathered through informal discussions, participant feedback, customer reviews, and regular communication with members and staff. The feedback received highlighted the importance of providing accessible, inclusive, and affordable fitness and wellbeing activities. In response, the company continued to offer a welcoming environment, reviewed its programme of activities to better meet community needs, and sought to improve the quality of its services and facilities where possible. The company remains committed to listening to its stakeholders and using their feedback to shape future activities and maximise community benefit.
During the year ended 31 October 2025, the director received remuneration of £12,000 in respect of salary for services provided to the company. The remuneration was considered reasonable and proportionate to the director's responsibilities in managing the company and delivering its community interest objectives. No additional benefits were provided other than those disclosed in the statutory accounts.
