During the financial year ended 31 May 2026, White Eagle Cultural and Development Centre CIC continued to deliver a wide range of educational, cultural and community projects for local residents, including children, young people, families, migrants and vulnerable members of the community. The CIC organised educational workshops, language support, cultural events, wellbeing activities, family programmes, integration initiatives and community celebrations. The organisation also delivered projects supporting Ukrainian families, cancer awareness initiatives, Polonia community activities and other grant-funded programmes aimed at reducing social isolation and improving community cohesion. Funding received from grants, community partners and project participants was used entirely to deliver community benefit through project activities, venue hire, educational materials, transport, accommodation, professional facilitators, community events and operational support. The company's activities promoted education, social inclusion, cultural understanding, health and wellbeing, and strengthened partnerships between local organisations and diverse communities across Lincolnshire.
During the financial year, the CIC regularly consulted with its stakeholders, including project participants, volunteers, community partners, local organisations, funders and members of the local community. Feedback was gathered through discussions during events, meetings, questionnaires, emails and ongoing communication with participants and partner organisations. The feedback received was used to improve existing activities, develop new projects, respond to the needs of the community, improve accessibility, and ensure that the organisation continued to deliver services that provide meaningful community benefit.
