3. Other Commitments

The company has committed to a three year rental lease for the serviced accommodation unit with the investment being paid upfront and released accordingly to the period in which it relates. The lease agreement has the option to extend at the end of the term.

For the period ending 31 October 2025 the company was entitled to exemption from audit under section 477 of the Companies Act 2006 relating to small companies.

The member has not required the company to obtain an audit in accordance with section 476 of the Companies Act 2006.
