The Directors acknowledge their responsibilities for complying with the requirements of the Act with respect to accounting records and the preparation of accounts.
These accounts have been prepared in accordance with the micro-entity provisions and delivered in accordance with the provisions applicable to companies subject to the small companies regime.

The average number of persons employed by the company in the period was 0.
Directors advances, credits and guarantees
The company is required to disclose transactions with its directors under section 413 of the Companies Act 2006. During the year ended 30 April 2026, the company made advances to its directors through a combined directors' loan account. The account had a nil opening balance, this being the first year of trading. During the year, advances and amounts drawn totalled £62,061.51. This includes cash drawings made by Leanne Carvell and Gary Carvell, together with expenses paid by the company on behalf of the directors. Amounts credited to the account during the year, including salary, dividends, working from home allowances, mileage reimbursements and direct repayments, totalled £55,843.88. At 30 April 2026, the balance outstanding was £6,217.63, representing amounts owed to the company by the directors. The maximum amount outstanding at any point during the year was £60,095.72, which arose on 25 March 2026. The loan is interest-free and repayable on demand. No guarantees have been given by the company in respect of any director's obligations.
Additional Disclosures
The directors have prepared these accounts on a going concern basis. The company became dormant with effect from 1 May 2026 and is not currently trading. The directors intend to retain the company and may resume trading in the future.
