The company is a private company limited by shares and registered in Scotland. It was entitled to exemption from audit under section 477 of the Companies Act 2006 relating to small companies.
The members have not required the company to obtain an audit in accordance with section 476 of the Companies Act 2006.
The Directors acknowledge their responsibilities for complying with the requirements of the Act with respect to accounting records and the preparation of accounts.
These accounts have been prepared in accordance with the micro-entity provisions and delivered in accordance with the provisions applicable to companies subject to the small companies regime.
Average number of employees
The average number of persons employed by the company in the period was 4 (previous period: 3).
Directors advances, credits and guarantees
During the year two directors operated loan accounts with the company. Director 1 received advances totalling £75,941 and made repayments totalling £37,063. The brought forward balance was £542, leaving £39,420 owing to the company at the year end date. Interest of £651.32 was calculated at the current official rate of 3.75%. Director 2 received advances totalling £40,098 and made repayments totalling £6,126. The brought forward balance was £3,041 in credit, leaving £30,931 owing to the company at the year end date. Interest of £97.78 was calculated at the current official rate of 3.75%. Advances were unsecured, interest free and repayable on demand.
