Directors advances, credits and guarantees
During the period, the company had an outstanding loan from the director, M Mladenov, of £46,908.93. The loan is interest-free, unsecured, and repayable on demand. No repayment is expected to be made prior to the company being struck off the register.
Additional Disclosures
The financial statements have not been prepared on a going concern basis. The company ceased trading on 18 June 2026 and the directors intend to apply for the company to be struck off the register at Companies House.
