| At the beginning of the year there was a £54,248 unsecured, interest free, repayable on demand loan due from the director Mr J Aldridge. During the year a further loan of £33,372 was paid to him, which represents the total of such items during the year. At the year end the balance due from the director was £87,620. |

| The director is satisfied that the company is entitled to exemption from the requirement to obtain an audit under section 477 of the Companies Act 2006. |
