| The following reproduces the text of the report prepared for the director in respect of the company's annual unaudited financial statements. In accordance with the Companies Act 2006, the company is only required to file a Balance Sheet. | In order to assist you to fulfil your duties under the Companies Act 2006, we have prepared for your approval the accounts of Tube Form Technology Limited for the year ended 31 March 2026 as set out in these financial statements from the company's accounting records and from information and explanations you have given us. |
| We have carried out this engagement in accordance with technical guidance issued by the Association of Accounting Technicians and have complied with the ethical guidance laid down by the Association relating to members undertaking the compilation of financial statements. |
| This report is made solely to the Board of Directors of Tube Form Technology Limited, as a body, in accordance with the terms of our engagement letter dated 16th January 2017. Our work has been undertaken solely to prepare for your approval the accounts of Tube Form Technology Limited and state those matters that we have agreed to state to the Board of Directors of Tube Form Technology Limited, as a body, in this report and for no other purpose. | Basis of preparing the financial statements |
| Turnover |
| Turnover is measured at the fair value of the consideration received or receivable, excluding discounts, rebates, value added tax and other sales taxes. |
| Goodwill |
| Goodwill arising on the acquisition of an entity represents the excess of the cost of acquisition over the company’s interest in the net fair value of the identifiable assets, liabilities and contingent liabilities of the entity recognised at the date of acquisition. Goodwill is initially recognised as an asset at cost and is subsequently measured at cost less accumulated amortisation and accumulated impairment losses. Goodwill is held in the currency of the acquired entity and revalued to the closing rate at each reporting period date. Goodwill is amortised over its useful life, which shall not exceed ten years if a reliable estimate of the useful life cannot be made. |

| Taxation for the year comprises current and deferred tax. Tax is recognised in the Statement of Income and Retained Earnings, except to the extent that it relates to items recognised in other comprehensive income or directly in equity. |
| Current or deferred taxation assets and liabilities are not discounted. |
| Current tax is recognised at the amount of tax payable using the tax rates and laws that have been enacted or substantively enacted by the balance sheet date. |
| Deferred tax |
| Deferred tax is recognised in respect of all timing differences that have originated but not reversed at the balance sheet date. |
| Timing differences arise from the inclusion of income and expenses in tax assessments in periods different from those in which they are recognised in financial statements. Deferred tax is measured using tax rates and laws that have been enacted or substantively enacted by the year end and that are expected to apply to the reversal of the timing difference. |
| Unrelieved tax losses and other deferred tax assets are recognised only to the extent that it is probable that they will be recovered against the reversal of deferred tax liabilities or other future taxable profits. |
