| Going concern |
| The Directors have considered going concern in preparing these financial statements through review of the Company's financial position. It has been considered that the Company has adequate resources to continue in operational existence for the foreseeable future. Accordingly, the going concern basis of accounting has been adopted and no material uncertainties have been identified. |
