We have completed building and refurbishment work on our workshop to improve the space for users and allow a greater number of people to pass through and make use of the facilitires We have continued to attend annual community events linked to our location including London Harvest Festival and Lambourne End Centre for Outdoor Learning Open Days. During the past year we have provided hands on classes for approximately 220 people offsite and 150 people onsite. Over 40% of those have been free of charge to the students. The young adult with learning difficulties we have been mentoring is now able to use tools without supervision and as a result is looking forward to starting a college course in the new academic year.
Our key stakeholder is our Landlord, Lambourne End Centre for Outdoor Education where our workshop is based. They continue to provide support and give us opportunities to work with young people who are users of the facility. We have also consulted with users of the space about how to make it more accessible for personal projects when teaching activities aren't taking place and look forward to increased use during the next year.
No remuneration was received
No transfer of assets other than for full consideration
