| At the balance sheet date £13,269 (2025 - £25,910) was owed to the director. The amount bears no interest, is repayable on demand and disclosed within creditors due in less than one year. |

| BASIS OF PREPARATION |
| The directors have resolved to cease trading and intend to apply for the Company to be voluntarily struck off the Register of Companies following settlement of all liabilities and distribution of any remaining assets. Accordingly, the financial statements have not been prepared on the going concern basis. |
| These financial statements have therefore been prepared on a basis other than going concern. The directors have considered the estimated realisable value of the Company's assets and liabilities and are satisfied that the carrying values stated in these financial statements are not materially different from the amounts expected to be realised and settled in the course of winding up the Company's affairs. |
| The directors acknowledge their responsibilities for: |
| (a) | ensuring that the company keeps accounting records which comply with Sections 386 and 387 of the Companies Act 2006 and |
| (b) | preparing financial statements which give a true and fair view of the state of affairs of the company as at the end of each financial year and of its profit or loss for each financial year in accordance with the requirements of Sections 394 and 395 and which otherwise comply with the requirements of the Companies Act 2006 relating to financial statements, so far as applicable to the company. |
