The company is a private company limited by guarantee and registered in England and Wales. It was entitled to exemption from audit under section 477 of the Companies Act 2006 relating to small companies.
The members have not required the company to obtain an audit in accordance with section 476 of the Companies Act 2006.
The Directors acknowledge their responsibilities for complying with the requirements of the Act with respect to accounting records and the preparation of accounts.
These accounts have been prepared in accordance with the micro-entity provisions and delivered in accordance with the provisions applicable to companies subject to the small companies regime.

The average number of persons employed by the company in the period was 0 (previous period: 0).
Directors advances, credits and guarantees
The company is limited by guarantee. James Dalling is the current sole subscriber with a limited liability at winding up of £1.
Additional Disclosures
The Management Company does not trade for profit. Service charge monies are held on statutory trust for Leaseholders. The principal source of income is service charge contributions from Leaseholders to cover ongoing maintenance costs of the communal areas, and to create a sinking fund towards future repairs required on the building and grounds. Ancillary income relates to the contribution from all Leaseholders towards the annual building insurance costs of £1,490 (prior year £0) and toward the purchase cost of the Freehold of the building of £1,500 (prior year £0). The Directors have adopted an indicative target level of £12,000. This does not constitute a formal valuation or professional assessment of future liabilities. The level of the reserve fund shall be reviewed periodically by the Directors having regard to anticipated future expenditure, the condition of the Property, and any available planned maintenance. The Directors may from time to time determine a revised target level for the reserve fund and will review at least annually.
