COMMUNITY INTEREST ANNUAL REPORT

AIPEX OPS CIC

Company Number: 16013014 (England and Wales)

Year Ending: 31 October 2025

Company activities and impact

During this financial year, the company was in a pre-trading and setup phase, focusing entirely on foundational work, planning, and administrative structuring. While no software stacks or AI development tools were finalized or launched to the public during this period, our ultimate goal remains to democratize access to advanced software tools. Once fully operational, the company aims to develop and promote a software stack leveraging Linux and open-source technologies optimized for AI training and development. Our goal is to make these resources highly accessible and cost-effective for individuals, researchers, educators, and smaller organizations globally, fostering innovation, digital literacy, and self-reliance while reducing reliance on expensive third-party cloud services. Additionally, we will focus on the reusability of EOL (End of Life) hardware to help reduce the community's environmental carbon footprint. Because the company did not fully commence its primary trading operations during this period, there was no direct community impact to report for this financial year. However, the company remains strictly committed to these core goals and intends to fully launch its community initiatives in the upcoming financial year.
