The company continues to be in receipt of an inter-company loan from Absolute Fire Safety Ltd, a company in which the directors are materially interested as directors The balance owed to Absolute Fire Safety Ltd at the balance sheet date was £516,900 (2024 - £516,900). There are no formal arrangements in place for the loan so this is considered to be repayable on demand.
