The company owns the freehold land of 4 Willsons Road, Ramsgate, CT11 9LZ, which it acquired for no consideration on the basis the flats on the land were sold under leases of close to 999 years and so the residual land is considered to have no value.

The company has not traded during the year or the preceding financial period. During this time the company received no income and incurred no expenditure and therefore no profit and loss account is presented in these financial statements.
