The members have not required the company to obtain an audit in accordance with section 476 of the Companies Act 2006.

Company activities and impact

The company manages a 26 acre site which provides football facilities for Children from the age of 5 up to adults. The site has upwards of 40,000 visitors during the year, all who get to benefit from the best in class facilities on offer for youth football.

Consultation with stakeholders

At the start of each season all teams who use the pitches have communication with the site manager about the upcoming season, this mainly goes over their requirements and the availability the site has. The site manager is then a point of contact for all teams during the season also to ensure the smooth running of the operation.

Directors' remuneration

The amount received by one the Directors during the year in respect if qualifying servies was £6,000.

No transfer of assets other than for full consideration
