Balance sheet statements

For the year ending 30 April 2026 the company was entitled to exemption under section 477 of the Companies Act 2006 relating to small companies.

The members have not required the company to obtain an audit in accordance with section 476 of the Companies Act 2006.

  Basis of measurement and preparation

  These financial statements have been prepared in accordance with the provisions of Section 1A (Small Entities) of Financial Reporting Standard 102

  Turnover policy

  Turnover represents amounts receivable for services provided in the ordinary course of business, excluding VAT where applicable. Turnover is recognised when the company has provided the relevant recruitment, placement, educational support or related service and the income can be measured reliably. No significant turnover was generated during the period.
