Advances and credits
Advances and credits: Amounts owed to the company by the directors (Calum Findlay and Lavine Findlay) totalled £10,893 at 1 August 2024 and £8,643 at 31 July 2025. During the year, £2,000 was newly advanced to the directors (£1,000 each), and £4,250 was repaid. No interest is charged on these balances. Of the £2,000 advanced this year, section 455 tax of £675 has been paid to HMRC, as this remained outstanding more than nine months after the year end.
