2Off balance sheet arrangements
The principal activity of the company is that of ownership of the freehold of
52 Gloucester Drive. The company is also used to administer and maintain the
common parts of the property. Depreciation has not been provided on the assets (the value of the freehold) as the directors are of the view that its value will not diminish.
