Reclassification of comparative amounts

The company has prepared these financial statements under FRS 105 for the first time in the current year, having previously applied FRS 102 Section 1A. Comparative figures have been restated on transition to FRS 105. This restatement principally relates to the removal of deferred taxation balances, which are not recognised under FRS 105. The directors consider the effect of the restatement on the financial statements to be immaterial.
