Company activities and impact

The company continues to provide supported housing/living to the homeless in and around Bedfordshire. Current activities including mentoring and advice to allow service users to independently manage their futures in the community. Currently the business is maintaining it users at 24 Service users have found the business welcoming and are able to comfortably discuss their current circumstances from which further recommendations have been made to other individuals requiring similar support, but due to to the wider economic impact of there is currently a stagnant period of referrals. Service users are welcome to an open review on a monthly basis to discuss further needs and assistance. This approach is continually being appreciated by local authorities with which the company maintains close ties. The company continues to approach current and new local authorities with a view to expanding user levesl and activities.

Consultation with stakeholders

The companies main stakeholders are local authorities from, and although new referrals are limited the company continues to cater for existing users and complete ad-hoc tasks as and when required. The company continues to receive a good standard of service appraisal by local authorities.
