During the financial year, Imagination INK CIC was in its establishment phase and did not commence trading. Activity in the period focused on setting up the company, defining its community purpose and governance, and developing relationships with prospective corporate partners to support future delivery. As the company had not yet begun delivering its programmes, no direct community benefit was generated during this period. The groundwork undertaken this year is intended to enable activities in the coming year that will benefit Northamptonshire's children and young people facing barriers to literacy.
The company's stakeholders are the vulnerable children and young people we aim to serve, the corporate partners who will fund and support delivery, and the social impact organisations that sit between the two. During the financial year, we consulted social impact partners who work directly with corporates and end users to shape our model and ensure it meets real need. We also held meetings with representatives of fostering services within county councils, including Surrey and North Northamptonshire, to understand the needs of the communities we intend to serve and how the company can support them most effectively.
No remuneration was received
No transfer of assets other than for full consideration
