Post balance sheet events: Following the end of the accounting period, the company transitioned to operating as a holding company through share-for-share exchanges with its sole shareholder, acquiring shareholdings in Simplestream Limited and AdIntensity Limited (both entities previously part-owned by the sole shareholder). New ordinary shares in the company were issued to the sole shareholder as consideration. The reorganisation was undertaken to consolidate the shareholder's investments into a single vehicle to facilitate future investment activity.
