The inventories consist of mixed - tenure home units spread across 66 developments sites in the United Kingdom. The inventories are part of a portfolio known as Vistry 5. These properties are classified as inventories due to the Company’s primary and active intention to sell units in the ordinary course of business . At the date of signing the Financial Statements, this intention remains unchanged . The inventories were acquired with the intention of resale in the ordinary course of business . Upon acquisition, the Company entered into a sale and leaseback agreement with Vistry Homes Limited (the “Seller ”). Under the terms of the lease : The Seller is responsible for marketing the properties for re- sale ; and Some properties are used as show homes for future developments. During the period ended 31 December 2025, the Company has not sold any units at Vistry 5 . The income generated from the inventories under the operating lease from the sale and leaseback agreement with the Seller is presented below and in the Statement of Comprehensive Income.
