2Accounting Policies

Basis of measurement and preparation of accounts
These financial statements have been prepared under the historical cost convention and in accordance with the micro-entities provisions of the Companies Act 2006 and Financial Reporting Standard 105 (FRS 105)

Turnover policy
Revenue represents the sale of machinery, generators and associated equipment recognised exclusive of Value Added Tax.

Valuation information and policy
Inventory is stated at the lower of cost and estimated selling price less costs to complete and sell.

Other accounting policies
Deposits paid in advance of obtaining control of inventory are recognised separately from inventory until commercial control of the goods passes to the company.
