Contingent assets and liabilities
On 6 October, 2015 the company enterred into an agreement with Bank of Scotland plc to guarantee the payment and discharge of the Secured Liabilities granted to Premier Commercial Properties (UK) LLP. At 28 February, 2026 the amount of the Secured Liabilities was nil (2025 - nil)
