Employee numbers
The average number of persons employed by the company during the year amounted to Nil (2024: Nil).
2.
Capital contribution
This represents the value of the property at 4 November 2011. At this date the property deeds were transferred from the trustees of Hinckley Masonic Hall to Hinckley Masonic Hall Limited, in order to obtain a mortgage for improvement works. All subsequent improvement costs incurred by the company are included in fixed assets.
3.
Limited by guarantee
The Company is a private company limited by guarantee and consequently does not have share capital. Each of the members is liable to contribute an amount not exceeding £1 towards the assets of the Company in the event of liquidation.
For the year ending 30 November 2025 the company was entitled to exemption from audit under section 477 of the Companies Act 2006 relating to small companies.
Directors responsiblities:

The members have not required the company to obtain an audit of its accounts for the year in question in accordance with section 476.

The directors acknowledge their responsibilities for complying with the requirements of the Act with respect to accounting records and the preparation of accounts.
The financial statements have been prepared in accordance with the micro-entity provisions and have been delivered in accordance with the provisions applicable to companies subject to the small companies regime.
