STATEMENTS

1. For the year ending 3 July 2026 the company was entitled to exemption under section 480 of the Companies Act 2006 relating to dormant companies.
2. The members have not required the company to obtain an audit in accordance with section 476 of the Companies Act 2006.
3. The directors acknowledge their responsibilities for complying with the requirements of the Act with respect to accounting records and the preparation of accounts.
4. These accounts have been prepared in accordance with the provisions applicable to companies subject to the small companies regime.

NOTES

In resolution of Cardiff Magistrates Court Case Ref. 2100222594, HMRC entered into Compensation Settlement Agreements with four Companies. As per these Agreements, HMRC has confirmed that all Directors, PSCs of four Companies were genuine. HMRC authorised dormant accounts for all financial years. Court shall, solely on basis of this Agreement and no other ground, set aside all judgments, orders, and consequential proceedings. No judgment or order shall be set aside or vacated until HMRC has paid in full all overpaid tax refund due to Rajanish Ravindra Garibe. Since incorporation, four Companies, their Directors and PSCs have never commenced, supported, or been subject to, nor shall they commence, support, or be subject to any proceedings in any jurisdiction in respect of any matters. Following signing of these Accounts, Serena Garcia's resignation as Director and PSC took effect on 3 July 2026 and was accepted by Board. She has held no office or employment with Company since that date.
