Basis of preparation
The financial statements have been prepared in accordance with the micro-entity provisions of the Companies Act 2006 and FRS 105 The Financial Reporting Standard applicable to the Micro- entities Regime.

Employee numbers
The average number of persons employed by the company during the year amounted to Nil (2024: Nil).
3.
Directors advances, credits and guarantees
During the year the company made advances to Mr H Moore, a director, totalling £8,393 (2024 - £40, 001). No repayments were made by 31 October 2025 and so the balance outstanding at the year end, 31 October 2025, was £48,132 (2024 - £39,739). Where applicable, interest is charged on overdrawn loan accounts at the rate of 2.25% per annum to 5 April 2025 then 3.75% thereafter, loans are repayable on demand.
