Company activities and impact

Confidence Culture Conversations CIC began as a series of live weekly conversations hosted on Facebook, YouTube, and LinkedIn. Founded by Coach Kirubai Kohout and Coach Elizabeth Olujimi, the platform was created with a heart to empower women helping them recognize their value, grow in confidence, take control of their lives, and walk boldly in purpose and destiny. What started as a simple online initiative has grown into a movement. Over the past two to three years, we’ve had the privilege of running both online and in-person workshops across various communities, impacting lives and fostering transformation. In response to the growing need and the desire to serve on a deeper level, we formally established Confidence Culture Conversations CIC a Community Interest Company. This structure allows us to expand our reach, develop tailored programs, and provide holistic support to individuals from all walks of life who are navigating confidence-related challenges. Today, our mission continues with renewed vision and commitment: to empower individuals and communities through conversation, connection, and coaching.
