During the 2024–25 financial period, the CIC continued to deliver its community focused business activities aimed at improving access to professional development, business readiness, and economic participation for individuals and small organisations within our target communities. Our trading activities included providing structured support, training, and advisory services designed to strengthen financial literacy, operational capability, and long term sustainability for beneficiaries. Although the company generated trading income, overall activity resulted in a net loss, reflecting the early stage investment required to build capacity, develop programmes, and establish community partnerships. All income received was applied directly to community benefit activities, programme delivery, and essential operational costs. No surplus was generated, and no funds were diverted away from community purposes.
We engaged with beneficiaries, partner organisations, and community participants through informal feedback sessions, direct communication, and ongoing relationship management. Feedback informed programme adjustments, prioritisation of support areas, and refinement of delivery methods. No formal complaints were received, and all stakeholder engagement contributed positively to shaping our community offer.
No remuneration was received
No transfer of assets other than for full consideration
