Additional Disclosures
The company meets its day-to-day working capital requirements through loans from its directors and a connected lender, who have confirmed they will not seek repayment for at least twelve months from the date these accounts were approved. On this basis the directors consider it appropriate to prepare the accounts on a going concern basis.
