As at the balance sheet date there were net current liabilities and net liabilities. This is due to truecontinuing renovations and improvements taking place within the group which have been funded by long term loans. The company will continue to be supported by the directors' for the foreseeable future and due to this, they consider that the accounts should be prepared on a going concern basis.

1.3
Revenue

Turnover is measured at the fair value of the consideration received or receivable, excluding discounts, rebates, value added tax, and other sales taxes.

1.4
Intangible fixed assets - goodwill

Goodwill arising on the acquisition of an entity represents the excess of the cost of acquisition over the company’s interest in the net fair value of the identifiable assets, liabilities and contingent liabilities of the entity recognised at the date of acquisition. Goodwill is initially recognised as an asset at cost and is subsequently measured at cost less accumulated amortisation and accumulated impairment losses. Goodwill is held in the currency of the acquired entity and revalued to the closing rate at each reporting period date. Goodwill is amortised over its useful life, which shall not exceed ten years if a reliable estimate of the useful life cannot be made.

1.5
Intangible fixed assets other than goodwill

Intangible assets acquired separately from a business are recognised at cost and are subsequently measured at cost less accumulated amortisation and accumulated impairment losses.
