General information

Materials Intelligence Limited is a private company limited by shares, registered in England and Wales. The address of its registered office is disclosed on the company information page.

The company was dormant and not trading throughout the current and preceeding financial period.

The presentation currency of the financial statements is the Pound Sterling (£).

The period covered by the financial statements is the 9 month period from 1 February 2025 to 31 October 2025. The directors have chosen to shorten the financial reporting date to 31 October of each year in line with fellow group undertakings. The shortened period should be taken into account when reviewing the comparative information within the financial statements.

2.Accounting policies

Basis of preparation of financial statements

The financial statements have been prepared under the historical cost convention unless otherwise specified within these accounting policies and in accordance with FRS 102 'The Financial Reporting Standard applicable in the UK and the Republic of Ireland' and the requirements of the Companies Act 2006. The disclosure requirements of Section 1A of FRS 102 have been applied other than where additional disclosure is required to show a true and fair view.
