Midlands Adaptive Boxing Organisation CIC has been operating for over 5 years and has been supporting the community since 2021. During the financial year 2025, MABO has: - Delivered Adaptive Boxing sessions and programs to hard to reach areas of the community. - Worked with individuals who have suffered with illnesses and supported them with mental health and fitness programs. - Carried out projects that help both elderly and young people in becoming more active and creating social networks where isolated individuals can make friends.
