2Accounting Policies

Basis of measurement and preparation of accounts
These financial statements have been prepared in accordance with the micro-entities provisions of the Companies Act 2006. During the year the company continued the mobile coffee business following the transfer of business assets from the predecessor business. Where historical accounting records of the predecessor business were unavailable, the directors have prepared these financial statements using the records available together with reasonable estimates and accounting judgements.
