The company's principal activity is the research, development and manufacture (including outsourced manufacture), commercialisation, sale, distribution and marketing of medical devices — and related products and solutions — for the diagnosis and surgical treatment of disorders of the joints of the human skeleton, in particular (though not exclusively) the revision surgery of joint implants.
Going concern
The company is part of the well-funded Amotio group. Following the group's 2025 investment round, its parent, Amotio Health Limited, held cash funds of £542,902 at 31 March 2026 that are available to support the company's operations, and the company continues to attract non-dilutive grant funding, including a further instalment received since the year end. The directors have prepared cash flow forecasts, tested across a range of scenarios, which demonstrate that these group cash resources give the company a cash runway well in excess of twelve months from the date of approval; Amotio Health Limited has confirmed that the funds will remain available throughout that period. The company held net liabilities of £417,255 at 31 March 2026, consistent with its planned investment in product development. The directors are confident that the company has adequate resources to continue in operational existence for the foreseeable future, and the financial statements have accordingly been prepared on the going concern basis.
