During the financial year, Divine Worship Experience CIC worked to advance community wellbeing through faith-based outreach and youth mentoring activities. The company focused on supporting young people and members of the local community by creating welcoming environments that encouraged positive relationships, personal development, inclusion and emotional wellbeing. The organisation delivered community outreach events designed to bring together people from diverse backgrounds through music, worship and community engagement. These events promoted social inclusion, reduced isolation and encouraged positive participation within the local community. Alongside these outreach activities, the company provided informal youth mentoring, offering guidance, encouragement and personal support to young people. Through regular conversations and relationship-building, participants were encouraged to develop confidence, improve self-esteem and make positive life choices within a safe and supportive environment. The company's activities were delivered primarily through volunteer commitment, with expenditure relating mainly to venue hire and travel necessary to facilitate community engagement. The company's activities benefited young people and members of the wider community by: - Providing safe and welcoming spaces for community engagement. - Encouraging positive social interaction and reducing social isolation. - Supporting young people through mentoring and positive role models. - Promoting wellbeing, confidence and personal development. - Encouraging participation in positive community activities through music and worship. - Strengthening relationships between local residents and community organisations.
The company's stakeholders include members of the local community, event participants, volunteers and supporters. During the year, the director engaged with stakeholders through informal discussions before and after community outreach events and through regular communication with participants and volunteers. Feedbacks indicated a desire for more opportunities for more youth mentorship, fellowship and community engagement. In response, the company organised worship gatherings in accessible community venues and continued to develop activities that met the needs identified by participants.
