2Accounting Policies

Basis of measurement and preparation of accounts
The accounts have been prepared under the historical cost convention and in accordance with FRS 105, the Financial Reporting Standard applicable to the Micro-entities Regime.
The company has net liabilities of £30,200 at the balance sheet date and is a wholly owned subsidiary of Valourstone Group Limited. The director, who is the principal creditor, has confirmed that he will not seek repayment of the amounts owed to him until the company is able to do so, and the parent company has confirmed its continuing support. On that basis the accounts have been prepared on a going concern basis.
