1. Employees

The average number of employees during the year was 1.

2. Directors advances, credits and guarantees

During the year the company made advances to a director totalling £8,425.11, representing the settlement by the company of that director's personal tax liability. The advances were interest-free and repayable on demand. £7,519.91 was repaid during the year.

At 31 March 2026 the company owed £11,763.80 to that director on his loan account (2025: £nil), after crediting directors' remuneration and the assignment to him, by way of gift from the other director, of a loan account balance of £12,570 during the year. No amount was owed to the company by any director at the balance sheet date.

The company is a private company limited by shares and registered in England and Wales. It was entitled to exemption from audit under section 477 of the Companies Act 2006 relating to small companies.

The members have not required the company to obtain an audit in accordance with section 476 of the Companies Act 2006.

The directors acknowledge their responsibilities for complying with the requirements of the Act with respect to accounting records and the preparation of financial statements.

These financial statements have been prepared in accordance with the micro-entity provisions and delivered in accordance with the provisions applicable to companies subject to the small companies regime.
