During the financial year 2025–2026, the company actively pursued its community purpose by delivering vital support services, educational resources, and interactive community programs designed to benefit individuals impacted by personality disorders. The company’s activities have directly benefited the community in the following ways: Educational Webinars: Hosted specialised online webinars to increase public awareness, reduce societal stigma, and provide accessible mental health guidance to community members. Support Groups - Structured and facilitated dedicated support groups, creating safe spaces for individuals and families to share experiences, build coping strategies, and combat personal isolation. Weekly Dance Lessons - Developed and executed regular weekly instructional dance classes, providing participants with physical activity, creative expression, and a structured route to social engagement. Fundraising Events - Organised grassroots community fundraising events that successfully brought local residents together, raising both vital organisational funds and local community spirit. Local Authority and Agency Engagement - Formed key working relationships with local networks and public bodies (such as Blaby District Council, YMCA Leicestershire, and the NHS Confederation) to integrate community service provisions and support local needs.
The company’s stakeholders include local residents, program participants, mental health advocates, service users attending our support sessions, and our partner community organizations across the region. We consult with our stakeholders continuously through direct feedback loops, session evaluations, and informal discussions during our weekly dance classes and support groups. Feedback gathered directly from participants highlights a critical local need to tackle social isolation. In response to this clear stakeholder feedback, the directors have actively structured future expansions to include community drama therapy groups beginning in September 2026 to further mitigate social isolation and deepen targeted therapeutic support.
