| During the year, total dividends of £55,520 (2025 - £54,670) were paid to the directors . |
| During the year the directors made an unsecured interest free loan to the company. The balance owing to the directors at 31st January 2026 was £228,150 (2025 - £237,223). |
| Throughout the year the company rented business premises owned personally by the directors. The rent paid during the year, which was on normal commercial terms amounted to £33,600 (2025 - £33,600). |
