2Accounting Policies

Basis of measurement and preparation of accounts
These financial statements have been prepared in accordance with the provisions of Section 1 A (Small Entities) of Financial Reporting Standard 102.

These are the final accounts of the company. Application to strike the company from the Companies House Register has been submitted and the first note in the London Gazette is expected soon with Dissolution anticipated thereafter. All Corporation Tax due has been paid to HMRC.
