Consultation with stakeholders

Colchester Life in the UK CIC gathers feedback from beneficiaries through simplified feedback forms, using yes/no questions and a 1-5 rating scale, alongside space for written comments. This format was chosen to be accessible to participants who may not be confident with written English. Feedback forms are given to parents and participant groups, including those attending the Yoga programme. Feedback across all programmes has been consistently positive: Children's programme: Parents report noticeable improvements in their children's confidence, responsiveness and engagement. Women's wellness (Yoga): Strong demand from participants, with repeated requests for additional sessions per week. This has not yet been possible due to funding constraints, which currently limit the programme to one day per week. Cancer awareness: Participants report increased understanding of cancer risk, with several going on to book screenings or health checks as a direct result of attending workshops. Holiday and family activities: Good turnout and positive engagement reported by families attending sessions during school holidays and breaks.
