3. Directors Advances, Credits and Guarantees

Included within other creditors, is an interest free loan provided to the company by Mr K Farrell, Mr S Courtney and Mr N Opie, who are the directors of the company, that is repayable on demand.

As at 30th April 2026 Mr K Farrell is owed £8,672 from the company (2025: £12,813). As at 30th April 2026 Mr S Courtney is owed £11,619 from the company (2025: £11,619) As at 30th April 2026 Mr N Opie is owed £500 from the company (£500 2025)

For the year ending 30 April 2026 the company was entitled to exemption from audit under section 477 of the Companies Act 2006 relating to small companies.

The members have not required the company to obtain an audit in accordance with section 476 of the Companies Act 2006.

The directors acknowledge their responsibilities for complying with the requirements of the Act with respect to accounting records and the preparation of accounts.
