1 Statutory information
Green Caravan Services Ltd is a private company, limited by shares, registered in England and Wales, registration number 12962974. The registered office and principal place of business is 35 Western Way, Gosport, Hampshire, PO12 2NF, England.
2 Directors' advances, credit and guarantees
Matthew Apps cleared his Director's Overdrawn Loan Account by way of 2 payments being £10,000 paid on 8 May 2025 and £6295 paid on 10 May 2025.The Company did not charge interest and the beneficial loan was accounted for using HMRC P11d procedure for 2024-25 and 2025-26.
3 Guarantees and other financial commitments
One member of staff is a member of the Company pension scheme. Employee contributions are charged at 5% and Employer Contributions are charged at 3%. In the trading year, Employee Contributions paid were £500.04 and Employer Contributions were £375.12 giving total paid £876.16
4 Average number of employees
During the year the average number of employees was 3 (2024: 3).

For the year ending 31 October 2025 the company was entitled to exemption from audit under section 477 of the Companies Act 2006 relating to small companies. The members have not required the company to obtain an audit in accordance with section 476 of the Companies Act 2006.
The directors acknowledge their responsibilities for complying with the requirements of the Act with respect to accounting records and the preparation of accounts.
These accounts have been prepared in accordance with the micro-entity provisions of the Companies Act 2006 and FRS 105, The Financial Reporting Standard applicable to the Micro-entities Regime. The accounts have been delivered in accordance with the provisions applicable to companies subject to the small companies regime. The profit and loss account has not been delivered to the Registrar of Companies.
