COMMUNITY INTEREST ANNUAL REPORT

ASATRU UK CIC

Company Number: 14288207 (England and Wales)

Year Ending: 31 August 2025

Company activities and impact

The company runs events for the Pagan religious community, providing safe and inclusive spaces to practice their religion free of judgment and in an environment free of political involvement. These events include holding religious ceremonies, cultural awareness, educational talks and material. - These events are family friendly and promote positive community building for families and include financially affordably events with options for those on low incomes to spread any event costs over time to ensure no one regardless of personal finances can have the opportunity to attend. - All efforts at events are taken to support members of the community who have any disability needs and venues are chosen specifically with these needs in mind. Any additional needs are supported with the purchase of additional equipment or services such as ramps, shower chairs and disabled access ablutions. This ensures equal access to all in the community. - We have developed and continue to invest in a portable temple project called "the portable Ve project" that has enabled the company to supply the community with a full alter set up for personal occasions and has been used for wedding ceremonies throughout the community. - Members of the community have also had educational courses paid for such as security licences and food safety/allergen awareness courses. These have enabled a pool of volunteers to draw upon for community events and also allow those who have received training courses to use these certifications to impact their own personal lives. - Each financial year a portion of all revenue is set aside in another community project to purchase land for the community to use called "the Nerthus Project" This when accomplished will provide the community with their own space with plans to then use the land as a permanent place of worship for the community.

Consultation with stakeholders

The company stakeholders are members of the community who have individually invested in the CIC in the form of a small yearly donation. These stakeholders are regular attendees to the events and have decision making power on where some of the community funds are placed and what projects and direction the company should focus each year. - Stakeholders have monthly engagement via teams meetings, email engagement, newsletters keeping them updated on the companies goals and progress, full financial transparency and the development of a community project fund and one stakeholder only event each year called "The patron Gathering". Stakeholders are consulted prior to any significant decision making or company fund spending.
