The Company benefited the community by carrying out activities beneficial to the inhabitants of Rotherhithe & Surrounding Area by applying for a £5000 Getting Involved Grant from the London Borough of Southwark. This helped to provide a Gardening / Warm Hub primarily for older residents by Hawkstone Tenants & Residents Association. The Company also provided substantial advice, administration and caretaking services to the Hawkstone Estate Tenants & Residents, including applying for a Biodiversity Grant, Neighbourhood Fund Grant, and Cleander Greener Safer grants.
Hawkstone Estate Residents were affected by the company’s activities for the period to 31st October 2025. The company designed and delivered 309 newsletters for consultation about the biodiversity and ecology project changes. Feedback was collected including verbal responses. The Gardening / Warm Hub affects about 25 residents every Monday and provides weekly feedback.
No remuneration was received
