Guarantees
In respect of a bank loan provided to the company in 2024 by Aldermore, the directors have entered into a personal guarantee with the lender, committing to repay the loan in the event of the company's default. The main terms of the guarantee are that it is for the full value of the outstanding loan balance, which at the year end was £197,000 (2025: £201,000). No liability has been incurred by the directors or the company under this guarantee as the company is not in default. The guarantee is a continuing security.

In respect of a bank loan provided to the company in 2026 by Aldermore, the directors have entered into a personal guarantee with the lender, committing to repay the loan in the event of the company's default. The main terms of the guarantee are that it is for the full value of the outstanding loan balance, which at the year end was £433,000. No liability has been incurred by the directors or the company under this guarantee as the company is not in default. The guarantee is a continuing security.
