The company's activities have benefited the community by creating sustainable green spaces and educating people about the benefits and value of greenery.
Stakeholders comprise local residents, volunteers, donors, local faith groups, hospitals and project partners such as the council and other relevant organisations such as TfL, council contractors, etc. Consultation takes place through regular engagement, newsletters, updates, social media, whatsapp groups and local press. Feedback is welcomed via website, social media and direct engagement. We regularly invite consultation and feedback from our extensive volunteer base, with dedicated meetings with specific groups, such as the gardeners, the pickers, etc. Donors are sent regular updates with a summary of achievements. We work closely with Hounslow Council (and other councils) to create sustainable green spaces and to engage with their communities to help educate people about the benefits and value of greenery. Feedback has been particularly useful, for instance, in updating our health and safety guidance, safeguarding policy, etc. Positive feedback is also shared with the relevant volunteers. Consultation and feedback are regularly reviewed by the directors and lead volunteers, and appropriate action is taken.
